CollegeFish.org hosted its second annual Transfer Triumph Awards during NerdNation 2015, April 16-18 in San Antonio, Texas, showcasing the best and brightest in community and four-year college transfer initiatives, programming and pathways.

The awards recognize outstanding innovation at both community and four-year college institutions; celebrate collaboration and creativity; and show appreciation for student advocacy and ambassadorship. Awardees include two-year community and state colleges, four-year colleges and universities, community college transfer champions and community college students.
