  Faculty Scholars serve as seminar leaders during the annual International Honors Institute. In preparation for their role as seminar leaders, the Faculty Scholars attend the Faculty Scholar Conference.

• Capella University Advisor Scholarship!
  Capella University will award one $5,000 scholarship to a faculty or staff advisor at a Phi Theta Kappa chapter who wishes to pursue a Masters degree at Capella University. This two-year scholarship for an advisor is intended to be used to complete a master's degree in education, business, human resources, psychology, or information technology.
