Alumni Recognized at 2009 Convention

The Alpha of North Harris Alumni Association at Lone Star College-North Harris is the winner of Phi Theta Kappa's 2009 Alumni Association Award of Merit. The association was recognized at the recent 2009 Convention in Grapevine, Texas. The award recognizes an alumni association that has been exemplary in meeting the mission of Phi Theta Kappa's Alumni Association. Elected to the Alumni Advisory Council was Kenneth Ruemke, a member of the Alpha of North Harris Alumni Association. Ruth Randall, recipient of the Board of Directors Alumni Achievement Award for 2009, was Keynote Speaker at the Alumni Banquet.
