Executive Director Rod Risley's Convention Keynote Address, The State of Phi Theta Kappa, may now be accessed online. In his remarks Risley provided vital updates on Society programming initiatives and also highlighted members and chapters for exemplifying the Phi Theta Kappa Experience. Risley was among Keynote Speakers at the recent 2009 Convention in Grapevine, Texas.
