International President Resigns

John Windham has resigned the presidency of Phi Theta Kappa effective immediately citing personal reasons. Accepting his resignation, Executive Director Rod Risley expressed disappointment and stated that a President Pro Tempore will be elected from among the current Vice Presidents to fulfill the duties of President.
