Chapter's "Investment" Strategy Nets High Yields

At Herkimer County Community College in New York, the Phi Theta Kappa chapter took a new approach to member recruitment and presented Phi Theta Kappa as an investment - a strategy that yielded an almost 200 percent growth rate! By providing details on Phi Theta Kappa scholarships in the letter of invitation and accompanying flier, chapter inductions almost doubled, from 53 to 102.
