Online 2010 Convention Registration Now Open!
Chapters may now register
online for Phi Theta Kappa's 2010 Convention in Orlando.
To
help chapters determine the resources they need to attend the 2010
Convention, in one of the world's most exciting destinations,
Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, Phi Theta Kappa has announced 2010
Convention registration and hotel reservation costs and has opened online
registration almost a year in advance!
Chapter members and
individuals may be registered anytime between now and February 8, 2010,
for the lowest Early Bird fee!
Names of chapter members do not
have to be provided at this time. If you know the number of attendees from
your chapter but not the names, submit your registration using "dummy"
names and when the actual names are known, advisors may update their chapter
registration in PAM.
Use the International Convention Manager tool in the Chapter Development
& Award Programs menu in PAM to add names or correct your registration. The
deadline for changes is March 16, 2010.
Please note
these important Registration guidelines:
* You may register
online using a credit card, college purchase order or check as payment.
If you are paying by college purchase order or check, payment must be received
within 30 days of the date your registrations are submitted.

When you complete the registration process, you will be asked to indicate
your agreement with Phi Theta Kappa's Photographic Release for all persons
you register. This simply allows Phi Theta Kappa's audio visual and still
photography professionals to film and photograph Convention activities
for onsite airing and future promotion.
* Cancellations or
requests for refunds are subject to our Convention Cancellation and Refund
Request Policy. Requests must be made in writing, using the form available
here
under "Please note important registration guidelines." Requests must
be received by March 31, 2010. No cancellation or refund requests can be
considered after that date. A $50 processing fee will be charged for each
cancellation or refund. No refunds will be issued until after May 1, 2010.

*Registration for the Honors in Action Academy
will open at a later date, prior to the beginning of the fall term. However,
you may register to attend the Convention now and add Honors in Action Academy
registrations later to your existing Convention registrations. Specific
instructions for adding Honors in Action Academy participants to previous
registrations will be provided when Honors in Action Academy registration
opens.
