168 Phi Theta Kappa Members Receive Coca-Cola Scholarships
A total of 168 Phi Theta Kappa members have been selected to receive Coca-Cola
Two-Year College Scholarships of $1,000 each, in recognition of their
academic excellence and volunteer contributions.
"We congratulate
all recipients of the Coca-Cola Two-Year College Scholarship," said Phi
Theta Kappa Executive Director Rod Risley. "As costs of attending college
spiral upward, we are so grateful for the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation
for stepping forward to provide funds that open the door of access to higher
education for those in need. These funds serve as a catalyst - providing
students of proven economic need and self-determination access to higher
education. These awards empower recipients to continue their demonstrated
efforts to lift the hearts and minds of those in need in the communities where
they reside."
