chartering survey.
All chartered chapters are required to submit
a completed survey
(Word document) following their chartering date. The surveys help us determine
ways to improve our service to chartering chapter and determine your specific
needs as we continue to assist in your chapter's development.
*Report
chapter officers.
Chartering officers serve up until the point
of the chartering ceremony. Following the chartering ceremony chapter
officers should be elected and reported.
For questions regarding election procedures contact the Chapter
Programs department.
*Attend a regional meeting.
Your
Regional Coordinator will be extending an invitation to your chapter prior
to the next regional meeting. To learn more about your region visit the Regional
Directory.
*Update Five Star Chapter Development
form.
Now that your chapter has set a goal, report what you have
already accomplished through the Five Star Chapter Development Update
Form.
*Attend the International Convention.
All
chartering chapter advisors are eligible to receive a scholarship to attend
the International Convention
the year of their chartering date. The scholarship covers registration
for one advisor and one officer, along with registration fees for the Advisor
Pre-Conference and Chapter Officer Academy, held a day prior to the International
Convention.
