In this episode’s Focus on the Honors Study Topic, we explore the Paradox of the Gas Pump. When looking for a Paradox of Affluence it is hard to look past soaring gas prices as a prime example. Using the phenomenon of Tragedy of the Commons we explore how rising gas prices may influence the cost of putting food on the table.

In the Spotlight
In the Spotlight this episode is the Missouri Region. The Missouri Regional Leadership Conference was held July 18 – 20 at State Fair Community College in Sedalia, Missouri. The successful event featured regional officer presentations on Society programs, an extensive mock chapter exercise focusing on Honors in Action, workshops related to chapter success, and a visit to the Daum Museum of Contemporary Art. Congratulations to the Missouri Region, regional officers, Regional Coordinator Ann Parks, and the Alpha Lambda Omega chapter for a job well done!
