The Chapter Programs Department ensures a positive membership experience for every student inducted into a local chapter by developing and maintaining quality chapter programs, and providing resources and support to chapters implementing programs. The department coordinates the Society’s Civic Engagement initiative, the Hallmark Awards Program, Project Graduation, Better World Books fundraising opportunities, Voice Your Vote, and the Enhanced Membership Program. The department produces resource publications for chapters, including the Golden Key newsletter, the Chapter Resource Manual and the Chapter Officer eNewsletter, and provides support in programming and production planning for International Society events.
