The Membership Services Department exists to offer valuable member benefits, to establish and adhere to policies to safeguard the integrity of membership in Phi Theta Kappa, and to provide high quality service to chapter advisors needing assistance in developing chapters to their fullest potential. The department is responsible for processing membership certificates, maintaining the Society database, and providing support for chapter advisors.
