Lindsay Moore
Division IV International Vice President

Lindsay Moore is Phi Theta Kappa's 2005-06 International Vice President-Division IV. She was inducted into the Beta Zeta Nu Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Caņada College in Redwood City, California. Shortly after attending her first Convention in Minneapolis, Lindsay became Chapter Co-President.
Lindsay enrolled at Caņada College at age 15. She is currently working toward a double major in speech communication and molecular, cell, and developmental biology. Lindsay plans to attend medical school and specialize in pediatric oncology.
In addition to Phi Theta Kappa, Lindsay's involvement on campus includes the pre-med club, serving as a student senator and as student representative on faculty and staff hiring committees. She also volunteers at a local children's hospital and with such organizations as the American Cancer Society, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Special Olympics.
In the future, Lindsay plans to contribute to the field of oncology by working with children at a medical research hospital. Eventually, she hopes to operate a summer camp for children with cancer and their siblings. She would also like to head an international non-profit philanthropy and practice medicine in developing countries. Lindsay enjoys coaching and playing basketball and soccer. She loves country music, and she has played the piano for 13 years.
