The Indiana Region is the first to win a 2009 Pinnacle Award, a $500 stipend. All regions with induction increases of 10 percent over the previous year will receive Pinnacle Awards. Chapters may earn up to five scholarships of $45 each (covering International fees), based on increasing membership over the previous year in 5 percent increments. To date, 424 chapters have earned at least one Pinnacle Scholarship. New members must be reported by noon Central Time on December 31, 2009, to be counted toward Pinnacle Awards.
