Phi Theta Kappa membership provides tremendous opportunities for recognition and personal development. These opportunities include recognition for academic excellence, millions of dollars in scholarships for continuing education, and a myriad of benefits and programs to enhance each member's life as a scholar and leader in the community and the workplace.

To assist chapters in effectively communicating these benefits of membership, and to acknowledge the unique distinctions enjoyed by Phi Theta Kappa members, the Society provides many resources to increase visibility on campus and promote membership to eligible students.
