The Hallmark Awards Program is Phi Theta Kappa’s competitive awards program that recognizes individuals, chapters and regions for excellence in the Society’s Hallmarks of Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Fellowship. The 2007 Hallmark Awards were given to winning chapters at the 2007 International Convention in Nashville, TN, in April.
