___ 5. Does your entry include a one-page (maximum 500 word) case study summary?

___ 6. Does your entry include three to five discussion questions?

___ 7. Does your entry include up to six suggestions for additional study?

___ 8. Does your entry include an essay (maximum 200 words) on future implications of the topic?

___ 9. Does your entry use USA TODAY articles?

___ 10. Are your articles written by USA TODAY reporters only and come from the USA TODAY print edition?

___ 11. Did your articles appear in USA TODAY between June 30, 2008 and February 27, 2009?

___ 12. Did you include the headline, byline (reporter's name), publication date, section (News, Money, Sports and Life) and page number(s) of each article for the case study?

___ 13. Have you completed the entry template?
