Phi Theta Kappa Honors Program Committee
Apply to serve as the Humanities Representative on the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Program Committee.

The Phi Theta Kappa Honors Study Topic is selected biennially by the Honors Program Committee. The Committee is chaired by Phi Theta Kappa Director of Honors Programs and is composed of Phi Theta Kappa regional coordinators, faculty advisors and consultants. The Humanities Representative, History/Social Sciences Representative, and Science/Technology Representative on the Committee serve four-year terms. The Honors Study Topic Expert(s) serve two-year terms.
The committee is selected for its broad knowledge of international issues, its experience in coordinating college honors programs, and its balance in geography and academic disciplines. The committee contributes substantially to the development of the Honors Program Guide and to the ideas for presentations, speakers and field trips at the International Honors Institute. The Honors Program Committee also makes recommendations for speakers for the Faculty Scholar Conference and the Honors Satellite Seminar Series.
