Housing Check-In and Conference Registration
Housing check-in and conference registration will be held in the lobby of the Booker Hall of Music at the Modlin Center for the Arts from 1:00 - 8:00 pm on Monday, June 22. Participants planning to arrive prior to 1:00 pm can store their luggage in the Booker Hall of Music Lounge, but will not be able to check-in until 1:00 pm. Volunteers from the Virginia Alumni Association will be on site at registration to welcome participants and assist with luggage storage. If arriving after 8:00 pm when check-in ends, contact a Phi Theta Kappa staff member during the registration hours of 1:00 - 8:00 pm at 804.287.6852 to make other arrangements.
During housing check-in, Institute participants will receive housing/meal cards called “Spider” cards. A $15 replacement fee will be charged for any lost cards.
During conference registration, Institute participants will receive their name badge, conference program, Honors Program Guide, and any additional materials.
Meal Service
Meal service begins on Monday with dinner, served from 5:00 - 6:15 pm in the Heilman Dining Center, and ends with dinner on Friday, June 26. Breakfast on Saturday, June 27 will also be provided, but meal tickets will be handed out that morning for those interested. Attendees are responsible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Thursday, R&R Day. The Heilman Dining Center will be open on Thursday for those wishing to eat on campus. Meal prices and times for Thursday are listed below.

The Honors Institute’s First General Session begins at 6:30 pm at the Camp Concert Hall in the Booker Hall of Music at the Modlin Center for the Arts.
