Controlled Substances Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside any public buildings or residence halls on the San Francisco State University campus. The College and Phi Theta Kappa strictly prohibit the use of alcohol or controlled substances by any Institute participant. Persons violating these rules will be sent home at their own expense.
