Emergency Contact Information
Off Campus
In an emergency, anyone needing to leave a message for an Institute participant may call the Summer Camps and Conferences Office at 804.289.8936 between the hours of 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. After 11:00 pm, the voicemail will direct you to an on-call staff member’s contact information. They will make every attempt to locate the guest. For privacy, information cannot be given out over the phone. Messages will be taken and relayed to the guest.
On Campus
Over 30 ERTZ emergency phones are located throughout the campus and are indicated by a yellow box with a blue light. If you are using a cell phone, dial 804.289.8911.
