Mail and Messages
A message board flipchart will be set up in the entry of each residence hall where conference participants can post and receive messages.
All mail sent to Institute participants will be delivered to the Summer Camps and Conferences Office.
Mail should be addressed as follows:

In an emergency, anyone needing to leave a message for an Institute participant may call the Summer Camps and Conferences Office at 804.289.8936 between the hours of 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. After 11:00 pm, the voicmail will direct you to an on-call staff member’s contact information. They will make every attempt to locate the guest. For privacy, information cannot be given out over the phone. Messages will be taken and relayed to the guest.
