Special Needs
Any special needs covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act or any dietary restricitions should be noted on the Honors Institute Registration Form. Phi Theta Kappa and San Francisco State University will make every effort to fill any special requests, although sufficient time must be allowed.
Transportation, and any associated expenses, to and from events on campus is the responsibility of the attendee. If special assistance is required, please contact saralyn.quinn@ptk.org.
Participants must bring with them to the Honors Institute insurance information, prescription medications, and any necessary medical equipment.
