The National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC) and Phi Theta Kappa invite you to subscribe to the 2008 Honors Seminar Series, The Paradox of Affluence: Choices, Challenges, and Consequences. This Series of four lectures, presented by renowned speakers will be broadcast via C-band and Ku-band satellite to college campuses across the nation and will also be accessible in the days following the live broadcast via online video downloads.

The Series will take place during the fall semester. Dates for the live 2008 seminars are listed below. All seminars will air at 6:30 pm Central Time.

Times

Seminars will air at the following times:

  • 7:30 - 8:30 pm Eastern Time
  • 6:30 - 7:30 pm Central Time
  • 5:30 - 6:30 pm Mountain Time
  • 4:30 - 5:30 pm Pacific Time

NOTE: For colleges/universities subscribing to the online video downloads, they will be available on a password protected website in the week following the broadcast. An email notification will be sent to all site coordinators and technicians.
