Raquel graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a major in Exercise and Sport Science: Sports Medicine. She hopes to get a MS in Occupational Therapy.

Lori's son, Brandon, graduated this past May from the Nursing program at Mount Aloysius and is currently a registered nurse at Mount Nittany in State College, PA.

Abigail was married in 2003. She graduated from CSUF with a BS in Kinesiology in 2004. She had a baby boy in 2007.

Doug was recently elected as the Vice-President of Region 6 (US) for the International Association of Emergency Managers. The IAEM is a tru international emergency management organization that is comprised of homeland security and disaster professionals from all over the world. He believes that he is the first healthcare emergency manager to hold the position. He graduated from Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock where he was a member of PTK.

Mary Katherine was married on July 16, 2008 to Michael S. Proulx of West Warwick, RI. She graduated with a BS in Agriculture and Natural Resources in December of 2007. Her first real job started in August of 2008 at Diversified Technology Consultants in North Haven, CT.

After graduating from WCCC with an ADN (Nursing), Sarah established her own business in PA in Rehabilitation Consulting. Now in FL, she has returned to school and is now a Junior in the RN to BSN program at Grand Canyon University (online). She does not want to get rusty!

Erik and his wife were married in August of 2006. He received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Springfield in December of 2006. Their son was born in March of 2008. He received his MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Springfield in May of 2008.

Lynn graduated from Brigham Young University High School in 1967. She earned a certificate in Shakespeare Studies from the Shakespeare Academy, Modesto Junior College in Modesto CA in 2001. She earned her AA in Theater from Modesto Junior College in 2007 and a BA of Arts in Humanities from Mesa State College, Grand Junction, Colorado in 1990. She was awarded an Advanced Diploma in Education from the University of London in 2002. Her principal teachers for trumpet were Dr. Newell Dayley, Professor Emeritus of Music at Brigham Young University, and at the Aspen Music School, Bernard Adelstein, former first chair trumpet of The Cleveland Orchestra. Inspired by pianist Claudio Arrau and contralto Jennie Tourel, she promotes the trumpet as a singing instrument. She founded the Lynn Sampson Bach Players (trumpet and piano) and Lynn Sampson Jazz Ensemble (trumpet and guitar). Lynn's international career began in 1989 with a recital at London's Westminster Central Hall. She performs extensively having received acclaim for her interpretations of the music of Bach. Her trumpet is a King Liberty dated Cleveland, 1927. Lynn's principal teacher for voice is Diana Ruggiero of The San Diego Lyric Opera. She sang with the world famous St. Anne Chapel Choir at Stanford University, was cantor for the Church of the Holy Name in San Francisco and for 16 years was cantor for the Latin Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption in Turlock, CA. Her concert activities include over 120 performances a year as well as recording and teaching. She presents unique seminars, lecture/demonstrations and master classes on such subjects as brass techniques, music appreciation, and Renaissance music. Under the auspices of Music First, the charity she founded, she presents solo concerts and innovative music programs for children and seniors. She has written a dozen solo and chamber music works as well as over 20 transcriptions for trumpet of the keyboard music of Bach. Lynn has acted on stage and in film. Her credits include; The Diary of Anne Frank, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, The Apollo of Belac. She received a Celebration of the Humanities Award for Drama in 2001and has appeared in the Kevin Costner film American Flyers. She has written many arts related articles for publications such as California Political Review and The American Record Guide Magazine. In 2001, she established The Sampson Center, a home near the campus of my Alma Mater at Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado, to serve as recital hall, art gallery and residence for music scholarship students. She is an active member of Lions Club, an international charity devoted to meeting the needs of communities and the world, and Phi Theta Kappa, the world's largest academic honor society. Lynn is an avid racquetball player, cyclist and a trained chef specializing in French cuisine. She performs the old standards of the 1930's, 40's, and 50's by the masters of American and Brazilian popular song, such as Cole Porter, Richard Rogers, George Gershwin, and Carlos Jobim. Her jazz ensemble presents these classics in a smooth, soft, melody driven style. One of her most recent performances was on Memorial Day at the Jazz Jubilee in Sacramento, CA. Among the selections were Fats Waller's Ain't Misbehavin and Gershwin's A foggy Day. Many in the crowd aboard the Delta King ferry boat anchored in the Sacramento River delta, traveled from out-of-state returning a third and fourth year in a row to hear her perform at the world's largest jazz festival.

Kaye was the grand prize winner of the AARP essay contest for her story "My Next Chapter" which was selected for publication in the anthology "Stories of Inspiration" by Student Affairs Professionals.
