Community Colleges: "Great Return on Investment"

Community colleges are profiled as a "great return on investment" in a recent article in the online edition of The Christian Science Monitor, an international, highly respected daily newspaper. According to the article, students electing to attend a community college rather than a state four-year institution can save as much as $28,000 for their first two years of college.
