Chapter Annual Reports May Be Completed Online

2001-2002 Chapter Annual Reports can now be completed quickly and easily online at scripts/chapannreport.cgi. Annual Reports must be submitted to Phi Theta Kappa Headquarters by April 12. According to the Phi Theta Kappa Constitution, a chapter must submit an Annual Report each year to be considered in good standing.
