Honors Institute Attendees Invited to "Blog"

Attention, Honors Institute attendees: you are invited to join the discussions in the first-ever Honors Institute blog. In his welcoming remarks, Executive Director Rod Risley asked attendees to "blog" their definition of the paradox of affluence, both at the beginning and at the end of the Honors Institute, and to comment on the Honors Institute presenters. Also, read highlights of Honors Institute speakers and special events online, including Dr. Raquel Rivera Pinderhughes' presentation on green collar jobs. Phi Theta Kappa's 41st Honors Institute took place June 16-21 on the campus of San Francisco State University, with more than 400 members, advisors, regional coordinators and alumni taking part in a week of in-depth analysis and exploration of the Honors Study Topic, The Paradox of Affluence: Choices, Challenges, and Consequences.
