July 21 Is Deadline For Honors Seminars Discount

Energize your chapter and college honors program, and bring stimulating discussions to your campus by subscribing to Phi Theta Kappa's 2008 Honors Seminar series. The four presentations will focus on different aspects of the Honors Study Topic, The Paradox of Affluence: Choices, Challenges, and Consequences. Subscribe by July 21 to receive the special discounted rate. Subscribers may receive the Honors Seminars via satellite or by video download. Satellite viewers may phone or email questions to the presenters. Colleges have also used the Honors Seminars to recruit outstanding high school students by inviting area high school scholars to the seminar presentations; to promote interaction among disciplines by involving the faculty from various departments; and to bring students and community leaders together for discussions of timely issues.
