University in Pennsylvania Establishes Transfer Scholarships

Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, has announced plans to offer an unlimited number of $2,500 per-year scholarships to members of Phi Theta Kappa. These scholarships will be available in the spring 2009 term. Waynesburg University is a private, comprehensive Christian university founded by the Presbyterian Church.
