Advisors Recognized for Service; Gifts Mailed This Week

A total of 158 Phi Theta Kappa advisors will be recognized this year for their years of service to their chapters. The Society will honor those advisors who have completed their 5th, 10th, 15th , 20th, 25th, 30th and 35th anniversary years, as of April 1, 2000. Appreciation gifts have been sent to the advisors’ college presidents for presentation at a college awards day, chapter induction or other appropriate occasion. Gifts include, for five year’s service, an acrylic desk organizer; 10 years, brass letter opener; 15 years, marble note holder; 20 years, marble paper clip box; 25 years, brass and crystal clock; 30 years, marble desk set with pen/pencil; and 35 years, marble bookends.
