Online Reporting Encouraged for Five-Star Program

Chapters participating in the Five-Star Chapter Development Program are reminded all reporting can be easily and efficiently completed online. The Chapter Goal Form, which must be submitted at the beginning of the regional year, and the Chapter Update Form, to be submitted monthly, are available at regions/fivestar/fs_intro.htm. To access the forms, select the Five Star option on the tree menu at left. Only the chapter advisor may complete and submit the online forms. The Reporting Calendar, which contains the Five Star Schedule for each region, is also available at the online address. The online forms eliminate the necessity of mailing or faxing the information to Headquarters, and ensure that all Five Star reports will be immediately and correctly entered in each chapter’s record. The Five Star web section also explains the philosophy of the program, outlines the hierarchy and offers suggestions for successful participation.
