Report Cites Differences in Use of Community Colleges

A new report from the Rockefeller Institute of Government examines differing ways that states use their community college systems, based on such criteria as higher education enrollment, population share and tuition. The report calls on "community college leaders, policymakers and researchers to dig deep enough to explain the differences, and to help states make better use of this dynamic and growing force in education." The Rockefeller Institute is the public policy research arm of the State University of New York. Read the report on the Rockefeller Institute website.
