New Phi Theta Kappa Chapter Chartered in California

Phi Theta Kappa's newest chapter was chartered this week on the Hayward Campus of Heald College in California. Phi Theta Kappa includes more than 1,250 chapters in all 50 of the United States, in Canada, Germany, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, the British Virgin Islands and the United Arab Emirates.
