Members Invited to Submit Manuscripts for 2004 Nota Bene Phi Theta Kappa invites members to submit their writings for the annual Nota Bene competition. Poetry, short stories, drama and essays for Nota Bene, Phi Theta Kappa's annual honors anthology, will be accepted until December 5, 2003. As many as 30 manuscripts may be published in the 10th edition of Nota Bene. One $1,000 and four $500 scholarships are awarded to the top five entries.
