Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Programs department seeks to build and equip the next generation of our nation’s leaders at the grassroots level. To this end, Phi Theta Kappa launched Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Studies in 1992 with the support of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
Two-year institutions with specially certified faculty offer Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Studies to students, faculty, and local community and business groups. These courses provide emerging and existing leaders the opportunity to explore the concept of successful leadership, and to develop and improve their leadership skills.
