Leadership Development Resources - Certified instructors receive an Instructor’s Manual at the Certification Seminar.  Updates are available as free downloads from the password-protected area of this web site which restricts access to Certified Leadership Instructors only.  The instructional support material for a partner program developed with the International Public Safety Leadership and Ethics Institute is also available as a free download.  Supplemental teaching materials such as additional experiential exercises or film studies are also available.

Certificate of Leadership Program – This program provides students with a format by which to demonstrate the leadership skills they have developed as a result of the Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Studies. Students who perform in a leadership role within one year of successfully completing the course may apply for a Recognition Certificate of Applied Leadership Development. Each qualifying applicant will receive a Recognition Certificate of Applied Leadership Development from Phi Theta Kappa. The Application Form and detailed instructions are provided in the student textbook.
