Personal Assistant Manager (PAM), is an innovative tool designed to reduce the chapter advisor’s workload. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, PAM provides advisors with a comprehensive, at-a-glance view of chapter activity to assist them with their chapter administrative tasks.
PAM’s comprehensive dashboard of information makes it possible for advisors to check the status of their chapter by condensing data to one page. From PAM’s efficient dashboard, advisors can update member and chapter officer contact data and access the same updated information used by Headquarters. Additionally, advisors now have access to outstanding invoices providing stronger control and management of chapter finances.
PAM also enables eligible students to complete applications and pay membership fees online utilizing a PAM-generated link and passcode included in their letter of invitation. Headquarters distributes the fees to the regions and chapters freeing advisors to spend their time providing leadership and guidance rather than collecting fees.
