Jackson, MS – Dr. Liesl Ward Harris, a faculty advisor from Alabama, was elected 2012-2013 Secretary of the Association of Chapter Advisors (ACA) and Kentucky faculty advisor Dan Bailey was re-elected to serve a second term on the Society’s Board of Directors during Phi Theta Kappa's 2012 Annual Convention in Nashville April 12-14.

The deadline for applying for Phi Theta Kappa's spring scholarships, using the Common Application, has been extended to April 18. Spring scholarships include Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholarships, Geico Business Student Scholarships and Frank Lanza Memorial Scholarships.
