The Final Update Form for the 2006 Five
Star Chapter Development Program is due no later than Friday,
February 2. Chapter presidents or advisors may submit the form online.
Each chapter's level of achievement will be based on the last Update Form
received from your chapter. Chapters may submit their Final Update Form
anytime on or before February 2, 2007. For more information on the Five Star
