Ohio Chapter Takes International Service Message to Local Grade Schools
The
Beta Theta Eta Chapter at North Central State College
in Mansfield, Ohio recently developed two sets of curriculum for
elementary grades dealing with topics such as recycling, reducing, and
reusing materials to help keep their community beautiful. The chapter
spoke to four different schools reaching a total of 510 children with their
message. In addition to going through the cirriculum, students received
a litter newsletter that they could take home and share with their families.

Texas Chapter Explores Religion
Aspect of Honors Study Topic
The Psi Eta Chapter at Eastfield
College in Mesquite, Texas hosted movie nights and panel discussions
showing the movie 30 Days as a Muslim. The chapter invited Islamic
scholars to participate in a question and answer session after each showing.
A total of 160 people attended the three showings. Attendees included members
of other chapters, college instructors, and community members. Way to
go, Psi Eta!
