Simply log onto the Success Form and provide the number of books and food items collected. The success form is also vital in assessing the effectiveness of Project Graduation, and helps ensure that Project Graduation continues to fulfill the mission of helping to eliminate hunger and low literacy rates, one can of food and one book at a time.
