Chapters are encouraged to submit their first Update Form for the 2007 Five Star Chapter Development
Program year. New for 2007, chapters no longer submit a separate
Goal Form, but will include their goal on the Update Forms. The first Update
Form should be submitted by April 30. Submission deadlines for additional
Update Forms are September 30, November 30 and February 1, 2008. The program
is designed to guide chapters through various levels of program implementation
and growth. Chapters are recognized for achieving levels in the Five Star
Program during regional conventions. For questions about the Five Star
