The 2007 International Honors Institute is scheduled for June 18-23 at
Wheaton College near Chicago, Illinois. It will provide approximately
400 participants with a week of intensive study of the 2006-08 Honors
Study Topic, Gold, Gods, and Glory: The Global Dynamics of
Power. Members, advisors and alumni will hear presentations by experts
on various aspects of the Honors Study Topic, participate in experiential
activities, and enjoy time to discuss and reflect upon what they have learned
in a small group setting. On "R&R Day," June 21, train transportation to
Chicago and a "Go Chicago" pass will be provided to all attendees. Registration
forms will be available on the Honors
Institute website during the first week in May. The registration
fee will remain $850, which covers tuition, lodging and all meals on campus.
Meals on "R&R Day" are not included.
