Chapters are reminded that Five
Star Update Forms should be submitted online by September 30.
This form and all other Five Star forms should be completed by the chapter
advisor or chapter president. Five Star Forms are also due November 30 and
February 6, 2009. A chapter's level of achievement for the 2008 Five Star
Program will be based on the Final Update Form submitted on or before February
6, 2009. Chapters will be recognized during regional meetings for their
achievements in the Five Star Chapter Development Program, a self-paced
guide to strengthening chapters and attaining excellence in programs.
