The following is a brief listing of the various programs offered by Phi Theta Kappa that focus on the Society's Hallmarks of Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Fellowship. Honors Program
Phi Theta Kappa offers a comprehensive multidisciplinary Honors Program for use as an honor course, seminar, or community colloquy. Additionally, the Society provides opportunities for students to engage in scholarly research and creative writing.
Faculty Scholar Conference - This three-day conference on the Honors Study Topic prepares selected advisors to serve as Honors Institute discussion leaders.
Honors Case Study Challenge - Chapters and individuals may submit case studies on the Honors Study Topic to compete for four $500 scholarships and publication in an online edition of USA TODAY.
Honors Satellite Seminars Series - Four live presentations allow the live and satellite audiences to interact with the presenters to discuss various perspectives of the Honors Study Topic.
Honors Study Topic Program - Phi Theta Kappa's major academic component, the Honors Study Topic is a timely, interdisciplinary and issue-driven subject chosen to promote discourse and debate through the various applications of the Honors Program.
Honors Institute - This weeklong summer conference utilizes speaker presentations, group discussions and special events to promote scholarly examination of the Honors Study Topic.
Nota Bene Anthology - This published collection of research and creative writing showcases the literary talents of members and recognizes top entries with scholarship awards.

Scholarship Program
Phi Theta Kappa offers a variety of scholarship opportunities for members to facilitate completion of associate and baccalaureate degrees.
Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Scholarships - Designated scholarships for members, totaling $36 million, are offered by some 600 four-year colleges and universities. All-USA Academic Team - This academic and service competition selects 60 students from nominations by college presidents to receive scholarship awards and national recognition.
All-State Academic Teams - Programs in 34 states recognize their All-USA Team nominees through recognition programs, awards and scholarship opportunities.
Coca-Cola Scholarships - Approximately 400 scholarships of $1,000 each are available to community college students to continue associate degree studies.
Guistwhite Scholarships - Twenty scholarships of $5,000 each are awarded to members annually for baccalaureate degree studies.
The Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarships - Approximately 25 scholarships that may range as high as $30,000 are awarded to community college graduates for baccalaureate studies.
Leaders of Promise/Geico Business Student Scholarships - Thirty scholarships of $1,000 are presented to members to continue associate degree studies.
New Century Scholars - The highest-scoring All-USA Academic Team nominees in each state are named New Century Scholars and each receive $2,000 scholarships.
Other Scholarship Opportunities - Phi Theta Kappa members are leaders on college campuses both scholastically and in terms of campus and community involvement, making them excellent candidates for scholarships.

Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship - Available in Winter.

Leadership Program
Phi Theta Kappa offers a comprehensive array of leadership programs and opportunities for members.
International Officers - An International President and four International Vice Presidents are elected annually to serve in the pinnacle of student leadership positions in Phi Theta Kappa.
Leadership Development Studies - Phi Theta Kappa's innovative humanities-based leadership development program is currently taught at more than 400 two-year and senior colleges in the United States and Canada.
Regional Leadership Conferences - Annual meetings in each of the Society's 29 regions provide opportunities for leadership development through skills exercises and teambuilding activities.

Civic Engagement Program
Phi Theta Kappa has a distinguished history of creative and substantive programs that convey the importance of civic responsibility.
Community College Readership Program - Phi Theta Kappa partners with USA TODAY to develop awareness of current events and promote community involvement through newspaper readership.

Project Graduation - Phi Theta Kappa uses commencement exercises as a vehicle for chapters to collect donations of canned goods and children's books for area service organizations.
Peace Corps - Phi Theta Kappa supports the federal program that provides two-year college graduates the opportunity to share acquired skills with those in need in developing countries.
Voice Your Vote - Phi Theta Kappa encourages an informed and active electorate by promoting voter registration and education, debates on the issues and access to candidate information and platforms.

Chapter Development and Recognition Program
Phi Theta Kappa offers programs to guide chapters in their development and provide recognition for superior achievement.
Better World Books is an ideal way for chapters to raise funds while also ensuring a cleaner environment.
Enhanced Member Program - Members who elect to actively participate in chapter programs and activities are recognized for their contributions.
Five Star Program - Chapters may use the levels of the Five Star Program to gain knowledge of chapter operations, program implementation and opportunities for service.
Hallmark Awards - Hallmark Awards presented at International Conventions recognize outstanding achievement by chapters, regions and individuals in the Hallmark areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Fellowship.
Pinnacle Award Program - Chapters and regions that improve their membership acceptance rate are recognized through the Pinnacle Program, which presents certificates, trophies and scholarships commending their successful communication of the benefits of membership.
Five Star Chapter Update Form - Update Forms are due: April 30; September 30; November 30; February 1.
Hallmark Awards Entry and Nomination Forms - Entries due at Headquarters the first Friday in February.
