December 2003
Issue

Pinnacle Scholarship Program Deadline is December 31

Chapters are reminded that members inducted in 2003 must be reported to Phi Theta Kappa Headquarters by December 31 to be counted for determining recognition in the Pinnacle Scholarship Awards Program. The Program recognizes Phi Theta Kappa chapters and regions for successfully enhancing their recruitment and orientation strategies, as measured by the number of new members reported to Headquarters in a given year. Recognition provided by the program has been considerably enhanced for 2003, and now includes three levels of recognition for chapters and regions. Chapters and regions increasing their membership by 10 percent over 2002 or inducting 90 percent or more of all eligible students may earn Pinnacle Scholarship Awards, in the form of cash stipends. To be eligible, chapters must enroll at www.ptk.org/pinnacle/chapennform.htm.
