2004-05 International Officer Update
Phi Theta Kappa's 2004-05 International Officers are now pursuing baccalaureate degrees with generous transfer scholarships for Phi Theta Kappa members.
Keri Szymanski of New York, 2004-05 International President, is majoring in film and television at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia. Keri received the $3,000 Honors Scholarship for Phi Theta Kappa members, additional combined honors scholarships of $7,000 per year and a Student Opportunity scholarship of $7,500 per year.
Katie Fox of Ohio, immediate past International Vice President-Division I, will attend Mississippi College in Clinton and seek a double major in business administration and marketing. She received the full-tuition Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Scholarship.
Severin Zindler of Texas, past International Vice President-Division II, expects to major in biology/microbiology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she has been offered a $10,000 scholarship.
Brandon Marsh of Kansas, former International Vice President-Division III, will study at North Central College in Illinois, majoring in finance. Brandon received the college's $3,000 Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship, plus a $12,000 academic scholarship. Brandon was awarded a $5,000 Guistwhite Scholarship by Phi Theta Kappa.
Zahid Arab of Arizona, past International Vice President-Division IV, has been accepted by the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University in Tempe. A 2005 Guistwhite Scholar and Coca-Cola Foundation Scholarship recipient, Zahid has been chosen as the student weatherman for ASU's television news channel.
