Holding International Office is the pinnacle of student leadership in Phi Theta Kappa. Application forms for members seeking office in 2004-05 will be available beginning October 6. An International President and four Division International Vice Presidents will be elected at the 2004 International Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
