Officer Orientation Resources Available Online

Chapters are encouraged to take advantage of the chapter officer orientation resources available online at www.ptk.org/officers/orientation. The officer orientation sets a solid foundation for the year by fostering teamwork, effective goal setting and chapter planning, and knowledge of Phi Theta Kappa programs. Plan early to allow outgoing chapter officers to participate in training their successors. Available resources include tips for planning an effective orientation and a sample agenda, including topics such as Phi Theta Kappa history, programs, communication, officer responsibilities and chapter planning.
